The clothing of ladies under any title (exhibitor and visitor) should respectfully be modest and in compliance with Islamic customs.

How are the opening times of the exhibition, the seal, and the presence of visitors, participants, and booth personnel?

The starting time of the exhibition and the presence of visitors is 9:00 am. Therefore, the presence of the participants and the personnel of that booth is necessary one hour before the opening of the halls.

Who is responsible for maintaining the property of the hall during the activity of the halls?

The participant is responsible for maintaining the property of the booth while the halls are active.

Do the officials and attendants of booth affairs and participants have the right to sell during the exhibition?

The sale of exhibition goods during the exhibition is strictly prohibited.

What is the approval process and how to use promotional videos and CDs?

The use of advertising films and CDs of the companies can be played with the approval of the organizer, and its sound should be limited to the inside space of the booth. The installation of any advertising equipment must be coordinated with the relevant officials and in case of disturbing other exhibitors, the security staff will prevent the continuation of its activities.

How to get permission to film and photograph the exhibition?

Participants: In order to photograph the relevant booth, the participants send their request to the organizer and coordinate with the person in charge (all matters related to photographs are done by the applicant).

Visitors: those who take pictures with ordinary cameras and mobile phones, can take pictures of the booth in coordination with the relevant booth. But those who intend to take pictures with professional cameras should state their reason in a request so that if it is justified, coordination will be made with the organizer.

Is it possible to distribute advertising brochures in the exhibition (by visitors)?

It is not allowed to distribute brochures, catalogs, and business cards in the public space of the exhibition halls, and only the exhibitiors can distribute brochures, catalogs, and any other papers they have to introduce their company inside the relevant booth.

If a non-Iranian company participates in Iran’s exhibitions and for any reason cannot clear their goods through the customs authorities of the country, the compensation for losses and clearance is on the participants’ responsibility, and the organizer has no responsibility in this regard.
